OPINION

DALLY, Commissioner.

The conviction is for the sale of marihuana; the punishment, ten years imprisonment.

Richard Health, a Federal Narcotics Agent, was qualified as an expert witness in the identification of marihuana. He testified that the material contained in three tobacco cans, which he had purchased from the appellant, was marihuana.

The appellant urges that it was reversible error...
