Defendant, appellant herein, was tried by a jury and found guilty in two cases of the sale of marijuana in violation of R. C. 3719.44(D), and subsequently sentenced to the Ohio State Reformatory for a period of not less than 20 nor more than 40 years in each case, said sentences to run concurrently.
