Plaintiffs, Betty Parrish and Dorothy Fink, sued defendant, B.F. Goodrich Company, to recover for personal injuries sustained when a tire on plaintiff Parrish's vehicle blew out. Defendant, in a motion for accelerated judgment, contended that since the injuries occurred in Ohio, that state's two-year statute of limitations barred both plaintiffs' causes of action in Michigan.
