The trial court awarded the plaintiff Kelloch substantial damages against his employer S & H Subwater Salvage and the owner of the M/V RAOUL J., Sharecroppers Boat Rental, in this suit under the Jones Act and General Maritime Law.1 As between the tortfeasors, the court held that Sharecroppers is entitled to indemnification from S & H.
