This is an appeal from the denial of temporary injunctions sought in two cases which were consolidated for the purposes of this hearing. The Appellant, Professional Beauty Products, Inc., sought to enjoin its two former employees, Karl H. Schmid and L. T. Derington, from violating the terms of their written contracts of employment which provided that they were not to compete with the employer for a period of one year after termination...
