This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

Appellant was convicted of aggravated assault and granted probation on August 28, 1970. Subsequently, on May 3, 1971, the State filed a motion to revoke alleging that appellant had committed the offense of murder, thereby violating the terms of his probation agreement.
