These are two separate cases with the same fact situations in which two brothers, while under the age of eighteen, were found delinquent by the juvenile court but left the jurisdiction of the juvenile court before they could be sent to the Ohio youth commission. They both returned to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court after they were over the age of twenty-one.
