Plaintiff, John Lawrence Farkas, filed suit against his wife, Diana H. Farkas, seeking a separation on the grounds of cruelty. Thereafter, defendant, Diana H. Farkas, filed an answer and reconventional demand asking for a separation on the grounds of abandonment and cruelty, together with a rule seeking alimony pendente lite.
