Respondent, at that time a Greek immigrant, graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School in 1953. Because he was not an American citizen, he could not take the Bar examination until 1957, and was finally admitted to the Bar in 1959, at the age of 34, at which time he had a wife and two children to support.
