In this suit, plaintiff Betty Danos Pertuit is attempting to recover from defendant Wollen J. Falgout the amount of an attorney's fee allegedly wrongfully withheld by him out of the proceeds of the sale of certain property in which Mrs. Pertuit had an interest. After trial on the merits, judgment was rendered dismissing the suit, and plaintiff has appealed.
