Tom E. Armstrong instituted this suit for workmen's compensation benefits, alleging that he is totally and permanently disabled. He also claims medical expenses, penalties and attorney's fees. The defendants are American Piling of Louisiana, Inc., and its insurer, Travelers Insurance Company.
