This is an appeal from a workmen's compensation suit wherein plaintiff, Presley Carl Muse, was awarded compensation under LSA-R.S. 23:1221(4) (p) for the loss of the senses of taste and smell. Plaintiff has answered the appeal asking for a declaration of total and permanent disability due to traumatic neurosis. The only question before this court is whether and to what extent plaintiff is entitled to compensation...
