Upon trial de novo, on appeal from the Municipal Court of Little Rock, appellant James Meyers, Jr., was convicted of breach of the peace in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-1412 (Repl.1964) and resisting arrest in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-2801 (Repl.1964). On this appeal he contends that the evidence was insufficient to support a conviction on § 41-1412 and that the court erred in applying § 41-2801 to an off-duty city...
