The Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals of Marion County, Indiana granted a "Use" variance to appellants (Suesses) sought for the purpose of utilizing residential premises as a physician's office. Certain remonstrators and the Metropolitan Planning Department (appellees herein) opposed such variance.
