The United States Supreme Court, June 26, 1972, vacated the judgment of our Court of March 10, 1971 in City of New Orleans vs. Mallie Lewis, which recited: "Writ refused. The judgment of the lower court is correct." It remanded the cause to us for reconsideration in the light of Gooding v.
