TOLEDO, District Judge.

This cause came on to be heard on plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction filed on December 30, 1971, pursuant to an order to show cause, and defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction filed on January 13, 1972.

A hearing was held on January 17, 1972, and after hearing the evidence and arguments of counsel, the Court now renders its memorandum and opinion.
