This is a proceeding to review a recommendation of the Disciplinary Board of the State Bar of California in L.A. 29855 that Arthur S. Black be suspended from the practice of law for three months1 and its recommendation in L.A. 29935 that he be suspended for three months in addition to any imposed in L.A. 29855.2
