In this suit for damages under Section 2(a) of the Clayton Act, as amended by the Robinson-Patman Act, Title 15, U.S.C., Section 13(a), the district court concluded that it was without subject-matter jurisdiction and granted summary judgment for the defendants, 326 F.Supp. 45. We hold that a complaint under the Robinson-Patman Act need not allege that one of the sales involved was interstate in character...
