The Commissioner determined deficiencies in petitioner's Federal income tax as follows:

  August 31, 1966 .............  3,888.05

Due to concessions, the only issue remaining for adjudication is whether petitioner, Forster Mfg. Co., Inc., is entitled to deduct as an ordinary and necessary business...
