This is a suit by Coast Tool and Supply Company to recover damages in the amount of Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred and Twenty-four ($9,924.00) Dollars, as represented by the value of a piece of oil field equipment known as a "Bowen power swivel", which was leased to Rebel Well Service, Inc., and allegedly destroyed in an accident on July 28, 1968, while being transported by defendant from Grand Isle to Houma, Louisiana.
