This appeal by Henderson Properties, Inc. (Appellant) is from the judgment of the trial court awarding Appellant compensation in the sum of $339,440.00 for a portion of a housing project owned by Appellant and expropriated by the Department of Highways (Department) for construction of Interstate Highway 10 in the City of Baton Rouge.
