In a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Lawrence County defendant was convicted of robbery and aggravated battery and was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of five to fifteen years on the robbery count and five to ten years on the battery count. On appeal defendant contends, among other things, that he was deprived of a fair trial by reason of the unfair and prejudicial remarks...
