PER CURIAM:

On the afternoon of January 31, 1967, appellants Canty and Richardson, together with a third man, were apprehended almost literally in the act of robbing a bank.1 Within fifteen minutes of the robbery, the three men were brought to the front of the bank and lined up against a nearby fence.
