Before changing his plea to guilty from the plea of not guilty entered at the arraignment, defendant moved to suppress evidence. The motion was denied and, upon reargument, the original determination was adhered to. Upon a prior interim decision on this appeal this court remanded the case to Criminal Term for the purpose of making findings of fact and the appeal was ordered to be held in abeyance in the interim (People v. Woodward, 38 A.D.2d 735
