THE COURT.

The Disciplinary Board of the State Bar has unanimously recommended that petitioner Cornell Ridley be disbarred, and he seeks in this proceeding to review the board's recommendation.

Petitioner was admitted to practice in 1954. The only disciplinary action previously taken against him was a private reproval in 1965. On the basis of extensive evidence received at hearings before a local administrative committee...
