This appeal by the plaintiff urges error because of the trial judge's dismissal of a complaint for specific performance and, in addition, that the court should have allowed the filing of an amended complaint. Appellant urges that he followed the form appendaged to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and set forth as "Form 1.941."
