This case involves the question of whether certain findings of an Allegan County Circuit Court jury are res judicata as to issues raised in an action subsequently brought in Kalamazoo County Circuit Court. The facts are taken from the "concise statement of facts and proceedings" certified by the trial judge in the Kalamazoo court.
