Defendant was convicted of perjury in connection with an Oakland County "one man" grand jury. He was charged on five counts, count I of which was dismissed on motion during the course of the trial, and the jury found him not guilty on count III, but guilty on counts II, IV, and V. The Court of Appeals affirmed his convictions.
