This is an appeal from the Chancery Court of Washington County, Mississippi, in which a decree was entered in favor of complainants, appellees, cancelling certain instruments on record in the office of the clerk of said court. The complainants claimed certain property under a parol gift from their deceased uncle. The decree cancelled a deed of trust made for the benefit of the deceased uncle and cancelled a trustee's deed in favor of appellant...
