STEVENS, P. J.

This is an action commenced pursuant to section 466 (subd. [c], par. [ii]) of the Family Court Act to modify a decree of divorce granted between the parties in Dade County, Florida, dated April 28, 1937. The parties were married in Florida March 15, 1927, and divorced in that State April 28, 1937. The decree entered at that time provided for $200 per month as and for permanent alimony.
