This is an appeal from an adverse judgment, based upon a jury verdict, condemning the appellant, Lakeside Theatres, Inc. ("Lakeside"), to pay appellee, Twentieth Century-Fox Distributing Corporation ("Fox"), the balance of $37,500 due under a minimum guarantee specified in the contract to exhibit the motion picture, "Doctor Dolittle." Appellant's reconventional demand for $21,078.10 against Fox allegedly representing the unexpended portion of the rental...
