LEMMON, Judge.

Theo Lanclos sued his employer, Homer Knost Construction Company, and its compensation insurer for benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Act because of alleged total and permanent disability caused by traumatic neurosis resulting from an industrial injury. The trial judge held that Lanclos had not proved his claim by a preponderance of the evidence, and this appeal followed.
