ALMON, Judge.

Jerry Wayne Hopkins was convicted of robbery and his punishment was fixed at twenty years in the penitentiary.

Tim Logan testified that on January 6, 1971, at approximately five thirty in the afternoon he was working at the Men's Factory Outlet, a clothing store in Huntsville. He stated that the appellant entered the store as a soldier was leaving; that the store was well lighted; and that no one was in the store with him except Phillip Williams...
