Defendant, Larry L. Knott, was charged with five counts of second-degree burglary. Upon jury trial, he was convicted on three counts, found innocent of one count and one count was dismissed. By special interrogatory, the jury found defendant was armed with a deadly weapon at the time he committed one of the burglaries. Defendant appeals.
