(1) Does this court have jurisdiction to hear an appeal when the notice of appeal was served on respondent's attorneys rather than on respondents personally; and

(2) Is the wrongful-death statute of Wisconsin applicable to grant a remedy to a Wisconsin decedent's children where defective seat belts, bought by decedent with a new car from defendants in Wisconsin, broke, during a roll-over accident...
