The Petitioner, George Gilbert Reynolds, was employed by Respondent, Ferman Oldsmobile Company, as a parts delivery man. He was injured in an accident while driving home for lunch in a company truck. The Judge of Industrial Claims held in awarding compensation to Mr. Reynolds that the accident arose out of and in the course of his employment.
