(Marriott) and arising out of Marriott's purchase at an allegedly unfair price of the stock of six corporations principally owned by insiders of Marriott. The plaintiff, John Puma, is the owner and holder of record of several hundred shares of Marriott common stock and was a Marriott stockholder at the time of the transactions involved...
