This case is before the court on motions for summary judgment filed on behalf of plaintiff's and on behalf of Alan Bond Flacks, Minster Insurance Co., and English and American Insurance Company, co-defendants. The three co-defendants were substituted for Lloyds of London by agreed entry filed in this court April 30, 1971, because they were the underwriters for Lloyds.
