This is an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered July 6, 1971 in Broome County, in a proceeding brought pursuant to CPLR article 78 which granted the petition and determined that petitioner should be reinstated as a student at the State University of New York at Binghamton and that all disciplinary proceedings against him be canceled.
