The appellant, John Wayne Ford, was jointly indicted with a companion for murder, said indictment stating the appellant "feloniously, wilfully, maliciously, deliberately and unlawfully did slay, kill and murder one Henry Russell." The appellant pled "not guilty," but upon his separate trial...
