This is an appeal from a decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 12 and 13 in appellant's application1 for "Low Eye-Irritation Shampoos." The claims were rejected on the ground that they are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
