This action is brought under the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., and the jurisdiction of this court is founded on the provisions of 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331(a) and 13371. The action arises under federal law and the amount in controversy exceeds $10,000.
