The Secretary of Labor brought this action pursuant to Section 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act1 to enjoin the defendant, Lum Humphries, doing business as the Wagoner Radio Company, from violating the Act's minimum wage, overtime, and recordkeeping requirements,2 and to restrain him from continuing to withhold unpaid wages due under the Act to certain former employees.
