On February 6, 1970, plaintiff, Teddy Jennings, filed suit against Franz Torwegge Machine Works and Garrison Machinery Company. Prior to October, 1964, the Vaughan Furniture Company of Galax, Virginia ordered a machine called a veneer jointing guillotine through the Garrison Machinery Company.
