This is an appeal from a finding of the Registrar of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles of the state of Ohio, dated June 17, 1972, ordering the suspension of the registration and driving privileges of Earl G. Kight unless he deposited security in the sum of $139.50, in compliance with R. C. 4509.17.
