This appeal involves the propriety of government practices in supervising the counterfeiting of paper currency, delivering them to the defendant, and subsequently convicting him for their unlawful possession (18 U.S.C. § 474) and for conspiracy to produce and pass counterfeit obligations (18 U.S.C. §§ 471-73).
