In this case we reconsider the issues presented on appeal and the order entered by this court in July 1971 postponing and staying compliance with a portion of a district court decree requiring school attendance zones for two Alabama junior colleges. It is not necessary to describe in specific detail the facts or issues involved, since a full statement of them was set forth in our former opinion in this case. Lee v.
