This appeal raises the question of the plaintiffs' compliance with the verified pleading requirements of the Court of Claims Act.

Lester Davidson and Virnie Davidson operated a copartnership under the name of L.A. Davidson. Eisenhower Construction Company is a Michigan corporation.
