PER CURIAM.

Utah Code Ann. § 20-3-2(g)(2) (Supp. 1971) requires new political associations to secure the signatures of 500 registered voters, including at least ten signatures of registered voters from each of ten counties, in order to qualify as a political party with the accompanying right to place candidates on the ballot.
