This petition for enforcement of a Labor Board order is based on findings (1) that the respondent company discharged employee Alan J. Howard for participating in union activities in violation of § 8(a)(3) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act, and (2) that the company interfered with, restrained, and coerced its employees by creating an atmosphere of anti-union surveillance in violation of § 8(a)(1) of the Act.
